“I am a qualified and registered counsellor (MBACP) with a background of working in mental health, both in the NHS and private sector, with adults and with young people. More recently, I have spent several years working in education settings.I completed a degree in Psychology and went on to train and practice as a Mental Health Nurse. I worked in adult acute and intensive care units, eating disorders and CAMHs units. I then moved into hospital management.

Whilst working in psychiatry, I discovered a need for working more deeply with people. This is what led me to train and practice in psychotherapy.”
